A new redline draft of the Spring Hill Unified Development Code (UDC) is available for public review. This newest draft was prepared by Camiros following the Planning Commission’s special-called session on April 30th. The draft accepts the previous draft’s redline changes and highlights those additional changes requested by the Planning Commission at the April meeting. (Please note that simple grammatical and formatting errors are not highlighted.) In addition, a memorandum is included that outlines the changes redlined in this draft. The proposed Zoning Map is also provided. This draft will be reviewed at the Spring Hill Municipal Planning Commission Regular Meeting on Monday, May 14, 2018.
