Formal written comments need to be submitted to the City of Spring Hill no later than March 9, 2018, in order to be considered by the Planning Commission as the Unified Development Code (UDC) moves forward for consideration.
The Public Release Draft of the Spring Hill Unified Development Code (UDC) is now available for public review!
The draft will be presented at a series of upcoming Public Open Houses in February. During the open houses, City staff and the consultant team will be available to answer any questions and to take comments.
Each of the Open Houses will feature a brief presentation that provides an overview of the new Unified Development Code. The presentation will be given twice at the events on both Thursday and Friday, and once on Saturday. Please see below for more detailed information. We hope to see you there!
Open Houses will be held in the Courtroom at Spring Hill City Hall (199 Town Center Parkway), and are scheduled as follows:
Thursday, Feb. 8: 5:30pm to 8:30pm; presentations at 6:00pm and 7:30pm
Friday, Feb. 9: 7:30am to 1:00pm; presentations at 8:00am and Noon
Saturday, Feb. 10: 9:00am to Noon; presentation at 10:00am
